National University Health System (NUHS) and NHIC co-organised this forum, which brought together three grant agencies – Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART) and National Health Innovation Centre Singapore (NHIC) and Enterprise Singapore (ESG) – to share details on their grant schemes, types of projects funded and the ecosystem support beyond funding.

The forum was followed up by a presentation by Singapore Biodesign (SB) where the audience learnt about the SB programme and SB 2020 Fellowship. The SB Fellowship is a joint programme between the Singapore office and Stanford University, which incorporates hands-on and team-based training on the value chain of medical technology innovation.
