Alison has nearly 17 years of healthcare experience spanning both the private and public sectors. Her healthcare journey began at Eagle Eye Centre Pte Ltd, where she contributed to the organization's daily operations, business development, and financial management.
Transitioning to the public sector, Alison served in pivotal roles at SingHealth Polyclinics (Clinical Integration) and National University Health System (NUHS) in the Regional Health System Office (RHSO). At SingHealth Polyclinics, she played a key role in setting up and managing the operations at Singapore's first Community Health Centre (CHC) under the Eastern Health Alliance (EHA). In her capacity at NUHS (RHSO), Alison spearheaded collaborative initiatives with Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) partners in the cluster's region. Her leadership was instrumental in implementing impactful pilot programs aimed at keeping the nursing home residents well managed within the community. Notable initiatives she led include the Manpower Partnership Programme (MPP), Immunisation Support for Nursing Homes (ISNH), and Infectious Diseases Community Pilot Programme (IDCP), among others. Alison's experience and expertise in healthcare operations and strategic collaboration underscore her commitment to advancing healthcare accessibility and quality.
Alison holds a Bachelor's degree in Science (Biochemistry & Molecular Biology) from The University of Melbourne, Australia.
