Her extensive background allowed her the opportunity to organize and participate in research steering committees, collaborating closely with hospital leadership, particularly within nursing.

 These experiences have equipped Caroline with valuable insights into the challenges that healthcare institutions face, enabling her to effectively navigate the complexities of the public hospital landscape.
